Occam provides a full range of services to help customers get the most out of their use of Room Service and PAMS.
 
Online customer support system

All customers are provided with access to Occam's customer support system (CSS).  The CSS is a web front-end to our support database.  Customers can log new requests for help, track progress with existing logs, update logs, download documents, download releases and access news for customers.  Our help-desk processes these requests for help and liaises with customers to resolve queries.
 
Product assurance

All customers receive free updates to Room Service or PAMS.  We ensure that our products work with new versions of operating systems, databases and third party applications.  New versions can be accessed via our online customer support system.
 
Onsite training and consultancy

Our customer services team provides custom training for our products.  This is usually delivered onsite using customers' own training databases.
 
Web training

Short training sessions for Room Service or PAMS can be booked to be delivered over the web.  Customers can either watch whilst we demonstrate particular features, or we can pass control to the customer so we can talk through processes using customers' own machines.  Multiple people can participate in each web training session.  Connect to Occam's web training pages
 
Technical services

We provide techincal assistance to install Room Service or PAMS, and help with upgrades when required.  We provide a full 'database admininstration service' for some customers for a fixed fee; this means we perform regular database health checks taking preventative action when needed, regularly create copies so customers can used replica databases for training and testing activities, apply patches to the database, and apply upgrades to our products.

Our development team undertakes custom development work.
